Regional Training in Leeds

... Saturday 19th May was my first Regional Training Day.  It was at a place called 'Weetwood Hall' in Leeds, a really lovely place too! Didn't know what to expect really, but I took Emma with me and was happy I didn't have to walk in on my own.
Having taken my 'swaps' to show Zoe, I felt much happier, knowing that she asked if she could be my first swap lol ... so here they are (and even in little cello bags, finished with matching ribbon etc, thanks to Fiona's 'input' - she will know exactly what I mean lol)

15 swaps all ready to go ...

all bagged up, instructions enclosed and labelled with my details

New Twitterpated Designer Series Papers

 ...beautiful shiny pleated ribbons ...

Welcome to my new addition ...

... meet Percy!

To make you smile ...

Sorry, I know this isn't crafting, but I thought it would make you smile ... it did me .......
... it's good to be 'crispy', well that's what I keep telling myself anyway :)

Busy times ....

Sorry I've not posted recently ~
busy time with all my singing commitments!
Wouldn't up-load the PDF version of our poster,
but here is a photo of it.
What an honour to be asked to sing the Soprano
Solo songs "Thou Art Gone Up On High" and the more well known "How Beautiful Are The Feet" ... and to sing these on Good Friday ~ wow!!
Thank you for all who came to listen and support me xx

Do you need any help?

If you want to know about the products I have used in any of my posts, please don't hesitate to ask. Choosing your card stock, colours, inks and embellishments is made much easier with Stampin' Up! as all the colour-ways are in families and all blend together effortlessly

Debbie xx

Plain and simple ...

You don't have to put lots of embellishments on your cards to make them stand out ... keep it simple ...

... choose your colours wisely (not difficult with Stampin' Up!) and add a little texture and lace for effect ...

For Rich's Mum ...

New designer series papers ... so gorgeous ...

... and the inside of your cards can be just as pretty!

Easter Cards in many colours ...

All the crosses have been embossed with 'clear embossing powder' so the true colour is allowed to shine through. Simple cards, but I feel their simplicity makes them so effective ...

Mother's Day Cards now ready ...

All so different ...

All products used are, of course from ... 'Stampin' Up!'

I especially love my new 'Beautiful Wings' embosslits die!! A bargain at £10.50, and it cuts and embosses 5 butterflies in one go!!

Now there are going to be butterflies on everything lol! Hope you like xx

Workshops ??

Hi everyone ...

I am putting the word out to see if anyone is interested in having a carding/scrapbooking workshop once a month at a venue locally. Probably a couple of hours where you can just come along with friends or family, and be able to learn some new ideas and meet new people. I have a couple of venues in mind, but don't want to go any further with plans until I have a few more people interested. Let me know what you think and if you have any ideas of what you'd like to do and I will provide all the products and equipment needed ...

Crafting Corner ...

All cleared and ready to go .... was this a bad move?? ....

.... looking a bit better ....

it really won't stay this tidy for long!!
